Construction of Highways

Township roads, rural feeder roads and access roads for safaris, mines, national parks. We do storm water drains, culverts, box culverts, causeways, cast instructures and precast units. Roads are built from formation to surfacing, mortoways, bridges and interchanges.

Dam Construction

Tensor Systems (Private) Limited constructs earth, concrete and masonry dams. We do intake works, conveyance pipes, canals, pump stations and heavy concrete irrigation systems (from design to commissioning). Heavy earth moving, hardstands basement construction.

Fluid Conveyance

Tensor does all piping systems, we undertake pressure and non pressure piping projects from 75 millimeters diameter to over 2 metres in diameter. We can handle any type of material from AC, PVC, and GRP to STEEL piping. We also do stream conveyance systems. We are experts in water and sewer reticulation systems.

Railway Services

Tensor is working with an international partner in the production of concrete rail sleepers. We can produce up to 120000 sleepers per month. We do railway maintenance as well. All rail line associated civil works.

Mining

Tensor has experience in putting up mining infrastructure. We have the capacity to do material handling involving hard rock drilling, transportation of ore and construction of tailing dams, concentrators, silos, processing plants and shaft sinking. We have put up roads and water systems for mines including construction of sewage ponds.

Fibre and Telecoms

At Tensor we have a Fibre Optics Division that can carry out turn key fibre optics projects from route mapping to lighting the fibre. We do tower installations and all the wiring and configuring for the telecoms sector.

Precast/Prestressed Division

At Tensor we do production of manhole, hand hole rings, stormwater, concrete pipes, valve chamber boxes, kerbing, road side furniture. Pre-stressed bridge beam, columns, post tensioned and pre-stressed, concrete slabs.

Energy Sector

Construction of HVL and LVL, the substations civils way leave clearing and all civils related to a power station.

Concrete Works

Tensor builds concrete reservoirs of any size. We build tanks below ground; on ground and elevated reservoirs. We have the capacity to build high rise buildings.

Our Maintenance Division

At Tensor we do road maintenance works, from pothole patching to reseals and overlays. We also offer these services to all the disciplines that we operate in, including civil engineering, building construction, infrastructure concession services, fluid conveyance, railway services, mining, fibre and telecoms, precast/prestressed division, energy sector and concrete works.
